Project Overview:
This design concept envisions a luxurious, art deco-inspired interior for a cosmopolitan club spread across multiple buildings, each seamlessly integrated into a beautifully landscaped setting featuring elegant fountains. The club is a sophisticated retreat, blending the timeless glamour of the art deco era with modern amenities, creating an exclusive destination for socializing, relaxation, and entertainment.

Main Building (7,000 sq ft):
- Grand Entrance: The main building welcomes members and guests with a grand, opulent entrance, setting the tone for the entire experience. The design will emphasize symmetry, geometric patterns, and luxurious materials to evoke the essence of art deco grandeur.
- Ground Floor – Restaurant: The ground floor hosts a stylish restaurant, where rich, sumptuous textures, bold patterns, and exquisite lighting create a dining experience steeped in art deco elegance. The layout will prioritize both intimacy and social interaction, with distinct areas for different dining preferences.
- First Floor – Banquet and Snooker Room: The first floor features a 3,220 sq ft indoor banquet space, ideal for hosting upscale events. The banquet will incorporate classic art deco motifs, from gilded accents to mirrored surfaces, enhancing the sense of occasion. Adjacent to the banquet hall is a snooker room, designed with a sleek, masculine aesthetic, offering a sophisticated space for leisure.

- Ground Floor: The ground floor of the residential block offers a serene retreat with a sitting lounge, sauna, massage room, library, and gym.
